Welcome to the Spa Paw & Tail family!
We’re so excited for your pet’s first visit with us! Before we are able to get your pet’s stay booked, we do need information to fill out your pet’s profile:
- a dog profile or cat profile for each pet
- a pet care agreement form
- provide proof of your pet’s required vaccinations. See full list of required vaccines here. Please send forms and vaccine records to info@spapawandtail.com
Once we get that information sent to us, you are able to submit online boarding and daycare requests on our request page.
First Visit Checklist
All booked and getting ready for your pet’s first visit to our resort? Review our checklist below to make sure you and your pet have everything you need to have a fun and exciting first stay with us! This is a simplified list, for more information, refer to our boarding and daycare pages.
What to Pack: Dogs
Boarding
Meals and Medications
Pack each meal into separate containers or bags. Any medication or supplements brought should be left in the original container. If the medication requires to be cut, please do so in advance. And if your pet needs a special treat to take the medication, please bring that as well.
Toys and Bedding
Optional. We have cot style beds and blankets upon request for our guests. You may bring a machine washable blanket and up to 2 toys (no balls or hollow bones). Please label any belongings with the first name and last initial of your pet. We do not accept any stuffed beds from home.
Daycare
Lunch and Medications
If your dog needs lunch while they are at daycare, please bring it in a labeled container with your pet’s first name and last initial. If bringing medication, please leave it in the original container with clear instructions. Unfortunately we can not hand out any breakfast or dinner to daycare pups.

We supply our own litter boxes and litter scoops, but we do ask that your bring your own litter.
